I made a promise to myself last month that I was going to try and finish at least one layout per day. (I got 42 done in all, yay me)!! And not only did I vow to do a layout a day, but also to work on completing the half dozen half-finished albums I have collecting virtual dust on my hard drive! I've been concentrating on my daughter's Girl Scout and School albums, so I've been doing a LOT of layouts lately involving kids, field trips, and teen angst! Which leads me of course, to the reason for designing this new pair of page kits, because as much as I love creating beautiful nature-inspired kits, they are not necessarily suited to a page about a group of teens making faces and clowning around on a bus to Chicago!
Featured Kit - My Unique Teen
Don't let the name fool you, this kit is not just for teens! I chose neutral colors and elements that could be used for just about anything. The browns and greens will work great for guys as well as gals, and the torn paper frame adds a touch of fun and dimension to your pages, with lots of OOB possibilities!
Posting Bonus - My Sweet Teen
This companion kit adds dark denim blue to the mix, as well as some cute and funky paper elements. I think this one would be great for "best friend" pages, don’t you?
I’m giving away My Sweet Teen as a posting bonus in my new Share The Luv Challenge, running now through November 15. You can get all the details HERE.
Here’s a layout I did using my new kits. I love the pop of color against the neutral background!
